There must be at least one Lead Paint RRP Certified Renovator in charge of the project in essentially all pre-1978 buildings. That person must be either an employee or owner and must be on the job-site during the setup and cleanup portion of the project.
If you have multiple jobs or job sites in progress at the same time, you will likely need multiple Lead Certified Renovators on staff.
